Known as the "Tin Lizzie," it was the first automobile affordable for middle-class Americans, putting the world on wheels.Henry Ford's innovative assembly line production methods dropped the price from $850 in 1908 to just $260 in 1925, making car ownership accessible to millions. By 1927, over 15 million Model Ts had been sold — a record that stood for decades.The Model T Club of South Carolina is dedicated to preserving this incredible legacy, bringing together enthusiasts who share a passion for these remarkable vehicles and the era they defined.
